At ALMAS PERFUMES USA , customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The only exception is if the product arrives damaged, broken, or defective during shipping.
Any claim for a damaged or broken item must be reported to us within 14 days of the delivery date.
To process a claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Items reported after 14 days from delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If your perfume arrives broken or damaged and your claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

If you receive a damaged product or have any questions regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
